Description: Multi-disciplinary database providing full text for 1,800+ publications (including nearly 1,300 peer-reviewed journals). Indexing and abstracts provided for all 3,200+ journals in the collection. Full text information dating as far back as 1985.

Description: Includes biographical core data of over 80,000 people in German history. Simple or advanced searching possible.
American National Biography
Type: Reference
Description: Biographical resource for more than 17,000 notable people in American history; updates include recently deceased notables as well as figures from the past who were not subjects in the print edition.
AP Archive

Description: "The AccuNet/AP Multimedia Archive is an electronic library containing the AP's current photos from their 50 million image print and negative library, as well as charts, graphs, tables, and maps from the AP's graphics portfolio."

Description: Directory of primary source material from repositories and collections in the United States. Features the entire collection of the National Union Catalog of Manuscript Collections (NUCMC) from 1959 to the present. Records include descriptions of holdings, detailed indexes, hours of service, and contact information. For maximum coverage of archival and manuscript collections found in the United States, ArchivesUSA should be used in conjunction with two other online catalogs: RLG Union Catalog AMC File and OCLC Mixed Materials File.

Coverage: 1861- (Indexing); 1980- (Abstracting Dissertations); 1988- (Abstracting Theses).
Description: Provides information about doctoral dissertations and master's theses, with subject, title, and author access to almost all American dissertations accepted at an accredited institution since 1861. Dissertations from all institutions since 1997 have 24-page previews freely available without restriction. Masters theses selectively indexed since 1962. Includes citations for thousands of Canadian dissertations and an increasing number of papers accepted in institutions abroad. Professional (e.g., M.D., LL.D.) and honorary degrees not included.
